A very healthy, enjoyable dish if you’re looking to gain muscle because of the caloric content of these pancakes. Brilliant anytime of the day, can be made fat or carbohydrate dominant.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 mins approx
3 whole eggs
3 scoops of whey protein (60g)
1 Banana
25g flaxssed
5ml omega 3 fish oil
a dash of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Handful of nuts of your choice
1 handful of spinach
25g of desiccated coconut
Ingredients of 2nd recipe:
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
3 scoops of whey protein (60g)
2 Bananas
50g Oats
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 handful of spinach
Dressing:
Almond/cashew butter/ mixed berries/ 85% dark chocolate/squeezed lemon, nuts, honey, desiccated coconut, choices are endless…
Directions:
Get all the ingredients into a blender and blend until its fully liquid. Heat a frying pan up with a nob of coconut oil in, then pour in the mixture and flip it when it’s done on one side. Make sure it’s done on both sides, then place into onto a plate and add your toppings. If it’s a large pancake you can roll it up, if it’s small, you can stack it up with your other pancakes made from the mixture. The choice is yours
