6 egg white
2 package stevia
½ apple, sliced paper-thin
1 pinch 1 pinch 50 gram
cinnamon baking powder oats
Procedure
1 Mix the egg whites with oats, stevia, baking powder and a dash of cinnamon in a bowl. Spray a frying pan with non fat cooking spray. Pour the mix in the pan and add the thin slices of apple on the mix before flipping it to next side.
